Atypical-Abbie
A generic Spellcaster-Type support card, but it probably has most use in Prophecy, like most Spellcaster-Type support does these days. You can discard 1 Spell Card and 1 Spellcaster-Type monster, except “Imperious Witch”; Special Summon this card from your hand or Graveyard. If you activate a Spell Card: You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent control; negate its effects until the end of this turn. If the only monsters you control are Spellcaster-Type monsters, this card cannot be destroyed by your opponent’s card effects that do not target it. If this card is destroyed by battle: Draw 1 card. You can only use each effect of “Imperious Witch” once per turn.

Spinny
Thing is, discarding a spell and a spellcaster to summon this is fairly hefty and damages its useability by a lot, so I would make it so that you only have to discard 1 and then tone it down, dropping its attack to 2500 and leaving the float effect and 1 other of your choice. Discarding to Special Summon is not really the intended way to Summon it, just an alternative in case you don't have any other way. You'll most likely Summon this card with Spellbook of Life or Temperance of Prophecy.
