CLG Klavier Posted March 5, 2015 Report Share Posted March 5, 2015 Is it just me, or it's mostly inferior to El-Shaddoll Fusion at this point of time/metagame? I cut this down to 2 copies and never looked back. Qliphs? Don't summon from Extra Deck until later into the game. Yosenju? Xyz only if they're forced to. Ritual Beasts? They can unfuse in response to this, making the deck effect fizzle completly. Nekroz? Occasional Lavalval Chain, but that's about it. Burning Abyss? Maybe only this. Most of the time it's just a regular Polymerization for Shaddolls, and in that scenario, El-Shaddoll is better since it's at least a Quickplay so you can OTK with it/fuse in response to removal. Even more, if Construct and Winda switched Attributes (and winda had the mill), the deck really wouldn't have had any real post-DUEA issues, though the flavor would be off. In all seriousness, this card is going to get better again some day; Necloths and Qliphoths cannot continue to dominate forever, Konami HAS to do something eventually. Which is ironic seeing as this was the main selling point of Dolls. Without it, they're not as strong, so no wonder they're not that good anymore, as they don't have things to prey on.
