Pendulum Effect: You cannot Pendulum Summon other monsters except "Synchron" monsters. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 "Synchron" monster from your Deck.

 

Monster Effect: 1 "Synchron" Tuner + 1 Non-Tuner monster

When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can destroy all face-up Spell and Trap cards your opponent controls. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect. Once per turn, You can send 1 "Synchron" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard. If this card is used for a Synchro Summon, place this card in your Pendulum Zone instead of the Extra Deck. 

 

Yeah, It's Experimental, and i have not the best of ideas as to how to make Synchron Pendulums really work, but it is a test after all.

 

In terms of function, it should be able to work like any other Pendulum Monster, just with normal ED rules applied, like if this card was not properly summoned first, it cannot be used as a Pendulum target or in the Pendulum Zones.
