● Pay 1000 LP; as long as this card remains active, all Effect Monsters lose their effect(s) and are treated as Normal Monsters (regardless of other effects).

● Send 1 Effect Monster from your from your hand or deck to the Graveyard; as long as this card remains active, all Normal Monsters are treated as Effect Monsters with the following effect: Once per turn: You can pay 500 LP; this card's ATK becomes 500 until the End Phase.  During this Battle Phase this card can attack your opponent directly.

Your life's purpose is to be Skill Drain or Foolish Burial?

 

 

Since it doesn't really specify where the monsters losing their effects are, it apparently works on all the monsters currently in the Duel? If so, then this card pretty much reduces the duel to seeing who can keep their opponent down with their monsters' stats alone. Shaddolls could toss Construct out onto the field for a sudden 28 body, though they'd miss being able to get effects off; this basically means that Dolls won't die completely so long as they can get their Fusion Spell (which they search via monsters). Meanwhile, Satellars and Yang Zing completely fail to function as Decks as they have virtually no way of progressing outside of monster effects. Yeah, Skill Drain already kills Satellars, but that doesn't mean it's ok.

 

And then there is the second effect, which means each Deck now has access to three more Foolish Burials. Granted, in some Decks, they would rather play Mathman instead, but Foolish Burial is already a pretty dangerous card. And then, there's the direct attacking thing. Attacking directly is a dangerous mechanic to work with, since you can basically equate this to "Pay 500, then target 1 Normal Monster you control; inflict damage to the opponent equal to its ATK +500." Rabbit into Alex Dragon dishes out a whopping 5000 damage because of this, for example. Hell, with An Unexpected Guy as well, you OTK with 3 Alex Dragons + Overlaying into Cowboy. I know it's a 3-card OTK and that none of the cards are easily searchable, but still. Also, Igknights.

 

So, basically, the first effect is Skill Drain whyyyyyyyyyyy, and the second effect looks like it will cause too trouble.
