2. Once per turn: the first time a Level 4 or lower Dragon-type monster you control would be destroyed by battle or by card effect; it is not destroyed. Also you lose LP equal to that Dragon-type monster's DEF.

1. If this card is Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 Dragon-type monster from your Graveyard, then, if that Special Summoned monster's ATK is higher than this card's ATK, you lose LP equal to the difference.

Just a few things with OCG that need a little fixing there. The pendulum effect could read instead as:

"Unless you have a Dragon-Type Pendulum Card in your other Pendulum Zone, this card's Pendulum Scale becomes 5. Once per turn, the first time a Level 4 or lower Dragon-Type monster you control would be destroyed by battle or by card effect: it is not destroyed, also you take damage equal to that monster's DEF."

Just a few things with capitalization and wording that needed a little fixing; just took the wording from Timegazer/Stargazer and changed it a little to fit the card. The second mentioning of "Dragon-Type" for the taking-damage part was a little redundant, so I switched that as well and used wording methods from Swordsman of Revealing Light and Barrier Resonator to make the flow sound more official.

 

The Monster Effect is fine, just throw in a period after Graveyard and capitalize the "Then". Just remember that whenever you say "______-Type monster", "Type" needs to be capitalized as well. Other than that, this is a decently balanced card that has a lot of great uses; but you would need some more Pendulum Support like it before you use it more extensively.
