Cierfrost
Demifiend Fiend/Effect/Level 4/DARK If you control other cards, banish this card you control. Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to the printed effects on this card. Once per turn you may discard 1 Monster Card from your hand or extra deck to gain the ATK, DEF, type, attribute and effect of that card (including in the hand, deck, graveyard or banished) in addition to this cards effects. Then pay half your life points to banish this card then Special Summon it as a declared summon type of your choice (Tribute, Special, Fusion, Synchro, Ritual, Pendulum, Normal or Xyz). 0/

Lonk
Haha, I get it. You'll need more Macca, though.
Trebuchet MS
Obligatory soundtrack: If you control other cards, banish this card you control. Your opponent cannot activate cards or effects in response to the printed effects on this card's effects. Once per turn: You may can discard 1 Monster Card from your hand; to this card gains the ATK, DEF, Type, Attribute and effects of that card (including in the hand, Deck, Graveyard or when banished) in addition to this card's effects. Then After this effect resolves: Pay half your LP; to banish this card, then Special Summon it. as a declared This Special Summon is treated as a Summon type of your choice (Tribute, Special, Fusion, Synchro, Ritual, Pendulum, Normal or Xyz). I'm not sure what business this card has in having a compulsory flicker effect that takes half your LP. Maybe to trigger on-Summon effects, but wouldn't it be more beneficial to have the flicker optional for those who want the Demifiend to morph into a monster with no such on-Summon effects? I originally had it include the extra deck as you saw, and then I changed it a little bit after posting from "you can" to "Then" because compulsory summoning ideally means interacting less with cards like Sophia and the like. Its more of a contingency flicker than not making any sense.
