You can Banish 1 "Voi" card from your Hand: Special Summon 1 "Void" monster from your Deck, then add 1 "Voice" monster from your Deck to your Hand that has 100 less original ATK/DEF as that summoned monster.

During your Main Phase you can activate this effect: Add 1 "Voi" Spell/Trap Crad from your Deck to your Hand. You can only use 1 effect of "Anvars Varlik Will of the Void" per turn, and only once that turn.[/spoiler]

Monsters your opponent controls lose 100 ATK for each "Resonate" Counter on this card.[/spoiler]

Text: Each time a "Resonate" Counter is placed on a card by the effect of a "Voi" Monster, Place 1 "Resonate" Counter on this card.

You can remove 2 "Resonate" Counters from this card to place 1 "Resonate" Counter on a card your opponent's controls.

During either players turn, you can destroy this card with 5 or more "Resonate" Counters on it: Special Summon a "Voi" Monster from your Deck, it cannot be Banished this turn.[/spoiler]

Text: Activate only while you control 2 or more "Voi" Monsters: Place 1 "Resonate" counter on all cards your opponent controls, then if you placed 3 or more counters by this effect, destroy 1 monster your opponent controls with a "Resonate" counter on it.[/spoiler][/spoiler]

 

Voiced Song Rulings:

- If you control a "Void" Monster and your cards can be Banished, you can still attempt to summon a Voiced Song monster(s).

- If Voiced Song monster(s) are summoned (while you control a "Void" monster) by an effect or in the middle of a chain,  their banishing effect does not activate.

- The Banishing effect starts a chain, and activates before the monster is summoned/hits the field (the same timing as Solemn Judgment).

- If a Voiced Song Monster is Banished before it is successfully Normal Summoned, it still uses your Normal Summon/Set.
