Effect: "Destroy all other field spell cards on the field. While this card is face-up, field spell cards cannot be activated. Once per turn, the turn player can send 1 field spell card from their hand or Deck to the Graveyard; This card gains the name and effects of the sent card (these effects apply to both players). If this card would be destroyed, you can banish 1 field spell card from your Graveyard instead. When this card leaves the field: Activate 1 field spell card from your Graveyard except "Solar System"."

When this card is activated: Destroy all other Field Spell Cards on the field. While this card is face-up, Other Field Spell Cards cannot be activated. Once per turn, the turn player can send 1 Field Spell Card from their hand or Deck to the Graveyard; This card gains the name and effects of the sent card (these effects apply to both players). If this card would be destroyed, you can banish 1 Field Spell Card from your Graveyard instead. When this card leaves the field: Activate Target 1 Field Spell Card from in your Graveyard, except "Solar System"; immediately after this effect resolves, activate that card.

 

I'm slightly concerned about this card "gaining" the name and effect permanently. The issue here is that over multiple instances of players using its effect it has the possibility of accumulating different Field names and effects. Which can have potentially disastrous outcomes.

 

But once that bit is fixed, it's a pretty nifty card. I'd run it in a silly Earthbound Deck to have a Field Spell that can resist destruction and change into other destruction-resistant Fields.
