Cannot be or used as Synchro or Xyz Matrial. Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can have this card loose (exactly) 1000 ATK: Negate the effect(s) of another face-up card on the field, and if you do, destroy it. You can only activate this effect if this card's current ATK is more then 1000. If this card is destroyed(either by battle or card effect), you can pay 1500 Life Points: Special Summon this card(from the Graveyard), and if you do, the ATK of this card becomes 2000. If this card destroys an opponent's monster, either by battle or it's own effect: Increase the ATK of this card by 500.

The idea here is that it's ATK is "ammo" for it's effect, so it's supposed to require some dedication to keeping it's ATK up.
YES THE EFFECT DOESN'T TARGET. Or at least, I think that's what I'm going for.
It seems stupid to, realistically, only be paying 500 ATK to use an effect that dodges crap/etc to destroy something, but your only going to get that off once, unless your playing along with it.
So, you know, do pro things like playing Mystic Plasma Zone, Axe of Dispair/etc. So it can run over things to boost itself, and also use it's effect to destroy things as well, and let you get more usage out of it's main effect.
The revival is purely for flavor/based on the game This card is based on.
Name wise, it's a pun of sorts.
It's a chicken, but like...
Chi being 'Blood'
Ken being 'Sword'
It uses it's ATK to kill things, or whatever.
'Samurai' having 'Bird' and 'Die' forced into it is an in-joke; Chicken is a character who- She can basically spend the game dieing over and over again, at the cost of her own maximum HP, and is effectivly immortal as long as she has HP to spare. This is where the revival cost comes in.
Though, Chi can also be written to mean 'Foolish', which is oddly appropraite because Chicken is the only one without a gun.
*ahem*

I'm probably trying too hard and/or doing it wrong(name wise), but ehh...
