Monarch King Posted April 5, 2015 Report Share Posted April 5, 2015 When this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can discard 1 WATER monster to the Graveyard, then target 1 "Mermail" monster in your Graveyard, except "Mermail Abyssdiva"; Special Summon it in Defense Position, but monsters you control cannot attack for the rest of this turn, except "Mermail" monsters.
