Arctic_Circle34
Not only that, but it's essentially a Test Tiger that isn't a complete waste of space in your deck. Equip only to a "Gladiator Beast" monster. Increase the ATK of the selected monster by 300. You can send this face-up card to the Graveyard to return the equipped monster to your Deck and then Special Summon 1 "Gladiator Beast" monster from your Deck. The monster is treated as it was Special Summoned by the effect of a "Gladiator Beast" monster. You can only activate the effect of "Gladiator Beast's Battle Rudis" once per turn. A rudis was the symbol of freedom for a gladiator in ancient Roman times, so it only makes sense to give the rudis the ability to tag them out. Arctic_Circle34
Test Tiger is garbage though and since it isn't a GB card, it can't be recycled with Equeste or Darius. Tiger plays can easily be Maxx C'd, Veilered, Vanitied etc etc. This has a lot more flexibility, is recyclable with Equeste and gives them a boost if necessary. It's not a big one, but it helps in certain situations.

Cirrus
I would play this over or in supplement to Test Tiger. This card is so good! It's an Equip Spell Card that's also in archetype! You can activate it the same turn you Equeste recycle it! Only weakness is MST and possibly Lance but hey Test Tiger has a lot of downsides. The only unfortunate thing would be when you don't draw a Glad Beast. But you should be ok given that there's triple Tenki triple Proving Grounds.
Cool Girl
I play a Gladiator Beast Deck and I think this card can help out in sticky situations. For example, during your turn, if you have a monster powerful than any of your monsters in your hand, play this card, and special summon "Murmillo" to destroy your opponent's monster. It's a ok card. However, I do agree that it's a big risk because Spell Cards can easily be negated.
Arctic_Circle34
That's true. I couldn't make it too over the top, but the fact that it can Equeste recycle makes it necessary to run, and basically phases out Test Tiger, which I enjoy. Maybe making it a quick play insta-tag out or increasing the ATK boost to like 500 would make it better. I'll probably think of more ideas for the deck.
