Birth of the New Dragon

Lore: Banish 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard, Special Summon 1  Dragon-Type Tuner monster from your Deck whose level is equal to or lower than the level of the monster banished by this card. You can only activate 1 "Birth of the New Dragon" per turn.

Anyways, just a generic Synchro support card mainly directed at Majestics and Dragunities. It can be used for Quasar, and if someone does make a Dragunity Quasar, then it wouldn't shock me, but I don't intend this to be super broken.

 

EDIT: Added the clause of SS a Dragon Tuner of a Level equal to or lower than the banished monster's level. I fear that shenanigans would ensue beyween this and Debris Dragon, but I went with it since people thought it wasn't powerful enough

Well so far it's quite cute but it doesn't do anything too interesting. Couldn't you add something a bit more to it? Nothing that makes it too much more powerful but something cool/ interesting.
Maybe an effect like,
If that monster is used for a synchro summon, during the end phase of the turn this card was activated, you can activate one of the following effects:
Send one dragon-type monster from your deck to your graveyard.
Banish 1 Wind-type monster from your deck, and after your the second standby phase after this effect was activated, add that banished monster to your hand.

Idk, just an idea, also, excuse the poor ocg I just used.

I agree, this seems like a less useful One-For-One, I would make it more of any Tuner who's level is less then the Banished Monster's Level. So it makes it more useful.

Now I think this is good, but just to note: Debris can only use it's effect when it's Normal Summoned, SS'ing it just means it can only be used to make a Dragon and other mats can't be LV4.
