VCR_CAT
I would add some good OPT clauses on the three maindeck monsters that add cards to your hand. Having the destruction effects focused on using your opponent's cards is good; but there are still plenty of cards that can be used to resummon the Fusion Materials that make the additions to your hand just completely busted. For instance, using De-Fusion at 3 with these cards would completely abuse them. The combo becomes like that of using De-Synchro on a monster that used 3 Tuningwares; you're plussing WAY too much off of that play. Besides that, I really like the design on the card's names. The whole Literal-Elemental Dragon thing by Bastion was pretty cool, but they never really did anything with it. I really like the ideas; it's just that the searching abilities need a OPT clause to prevent abuse with cards like De-Fusion. We don't want more Stratos-Level cards in the game :S (well okay, some people do, but it's not a great idea).

I will add hard OPT clauses to Hydrogi (Hydrogen + Imoogi), Zilanion (Zilant + Anion), and Cocation (Coca + Cation). But yeah, Bastion's deck could've used some expansions. Making Water Dragon into a Fusion Monster would've been a lot better, as well as making it not so useless. I am going to continue working on this set, and suggestions for what the deck needs. Currently, I plan on adding in Nitrogen, Carbon, Sodium, Chlorine, and Silicon.
