My first card here! I personally want to post this in Advanced Card since I made it for a metagame usage, but just to be safe.

OK that card is way too cute to be a Yu-Gi-Oh card :D

As for the effect, is quite good, maybe too good. The special summon part is well balance(maybe you should restrict it to only summon that way one per turn?) but for the level changing effect, I think is too good. For example if you control a level 4 monster and this card, you can synchro summon level 5-7..Maybe you should restrict this card to spellcaster synchro only? (Just notice that this card also help xyz summon..)

The summoning part I THINK could be fine with a single spell. It's not a Warrior so you can't use RotA to search for it and immediately summon (like Spell Striker), The level modification however, should probably be toned down to once per turn. It's just too good. Let's assume you summon this together with a level 4 monster.

 

Now you can synchro into ANYTHING ranging from level 4 into level 8. That's really, really powerful for such a generic card. It should have some kind of restriction on itself, like synching only into X-Type monsters (Spellcaster probably?) or only WITH X-Type monsters. Something like that.

Maybe make it so that it can only be summoned that particular way? I don't imagine people are going to usually normal summon it anyway.

Thank for all comments. :) I suppose I'll make the targets of level change can only be used for Spellcaster Synchro/Xyz and probably reduce it to Once per turn or follow other suggestions later.
