Basically

The thought is,

You can have another amount of monsters (Specific ones im about to describe) in your extra deck, but there levels have to equal 20 or less.

 

They cant be used for a synchro summon, xyz summon or tributed to summon something. When the leave the field they are banished face-down instead.(Basically they cant be abused/ re-used.)

 

But can be brought out in any way that the card suggests

I thought of 1 as an example

 

Using Nixie Number dragon's Artwork (They are full-arts)

 

- CounterClockwork Rewind Dragon -

********** (Scale 10, i dont want them being used as materials for other things)

2800/1000

Effect -

Can only be summoned by Overlaying 3 Level/Rank 6 or higher Machine/Warrior type monsters and using them as face-down xyz units under this card.

Chlostorophobia -

Choose 2 other Monster zones you control as this card is summoned, if there are any monsters in those zones then this card's attack becomes 0 and it's effects are negated.

Chrono Blast -

Put the top 2 cards of your deck face-down under this card as overlay units and turn 2 face-up monsters you control face-down, shuffle 2 cards your opponent controls into their deck.

Clockwork fortification -

This card cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects whilst you control 2 other face-up CounterClockwork monsters.

 

 

Seems complicated, and i really am just trying to impliment something unique to the system for certain decks that i might make.
