Seanoow
I will post the rest of the set in Casual Multiples after my exams. For now, here is the new man-in-green. This card will work in its own set (which I will make later) as well as being a good core card for any coin or dice themed decks. If you have 7 or more cards in your graveyard while you control no monsters, you can special summon this card from your hand. -Once per turn, if this card would be targeted or destroyed by a card effect, you can discard 1 card to negate that card's effects until the end phase. Once per turn, you can do one of the following: -Target one "Green" card in your deck, add that target to your hand. -Target one card in your deck that has an effect which involves a coin toss or a dice roll, add that card to your hand. Trebuchet MS
You don't really target cards in hand or Deck. Try to avoid excessive line breaks. They result in the card text becoming unnecessarily small as you can observe with your card image. Luck-based cards are generally looked down upon as there is little control over what outcome you'd get, and could sometimes even screw you over. Adding an ability to search up some cards isn't going to help tremendously. What would be more valued is an ability to give better control over getting the outcome you want, be it offering additional chances etc. That said, we don't know what the rest of the "Green" archetype looks like. (but be very careful over other Green things this can accidentally interact with, like Green Gadget) If it's more luck-based cards, it would help to have a card or two that have in-built Second Coin Tosses or Dice Re-Roll. Seanoow
Thanks for the feed back. Boy I can't believe I forgot about Green Gadget. I'll have to fix that. And I know that luck-based cards aren't popular, so I wanted to try and make a card and set that focus on adding or drawing more cards than a typical draw or add based deck since the cards that you will get will be luck based as opposed to more direct effects. I was thinking of something like draw/add cards with the speed of lightsworn but since having more options is almost always beneficial I wanted the options to be risks. I know that there is a card that allows you to re-roll dice but I don't think there is one for coin flips outside of Arcana. My basic idea for this deck is: instead of drawing an MST or adding it to your hand, you can get 2 copies of Dicephoon, which is the same as mst a third of the time, better a third of the time, and worse a third of the time. This means the outcome of almost any card effect allowing you to constantly add a lot of options to your hand can easily turn a duel around even from a desperate situation. Nothing like beating exodia stall with a lucky roll am I right?
