Red-Eyes Harpie lord Dragon

DARK/ Level 7 / Dragon / Effect

You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard by shuffling 1 "Red-Eyes B Dragon" or 2 "Harpie Lady" you control to your deck. This card is also treated as WIND Winged-beast-Type monster. Once per turn you can sent 1 monster your opponent control to Graveyard and inflict Damage equal to its ATK or DEF ( Whichever is higher ), your opponent can destroy all His/Her Spell/Trap card; reduce the Damage by 500 for each card destroyed. you can only active this effect of "Red-Eyes Harpie Lord Dragon" once per turn

ATK:2700 / DEF: 2300

its been a long time i since my last card making...to be honest my card grammar may still sucky

I don't exactly see what business a Deck has running both REBD and Harpies at the same time.

Maybe their connection is the Attribute and Harpie's Pet Dragon (for easier Rank7 Xyz Summoning, because aside from Channeler no other Harpie card can utilize this Summon). However, there is a low possibility of managing this so I mostly agree with you.

im pretty sure to using an "OR" word. you don't have to use both REBD and Harpies in some sort of gimmicky deck... unless i worded it wrong

Hmm, you're right. It can, admittedly, fit into either, but I still don't see a good reason to the creation of such a card.

Anyway, the card text:

You can Special Summon this card (from your Graveyard) by shuffling 1 "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" or 2 "Harpie Lady" you control into your the Deck. This card is also treated as WIND Winged Beast-Type monster while face-up on the field. Once per turn: You can sent target 1 monster your opponent controls, then your opponent can destroy all Spell/Trap Cards they control; send that target to the Graveyard and inflict damage to your opponent equal to its that target's ATK or DEF in the Graveyard, whichever is higher, but ), your opponent can destroy all His/Her Spell/Trap card; reduce this damage by 500 for each Spell/Trap Card destroyed this way. You can only active this effect of "Red-Eyes Harpie Lord Dragon" once per turn.

It's a weird amalgamation of both the Red-Eyes and Harpie strategies, to be honest. The opponent won't easily sacrifice their backrow to reduce the damage, unless said backrow is dead weight and/or the damage would be lethal. Note that destroying S/Ts this way won't count as destroying by card effect.
