Yu-Gi-Oh! Rise of the Heralders (Should I need changes for my characters?)

I'm planning on writing a yugioh fanfic and i've got the characters done just wanting to know if there is any thing i should change.

Yuu Kasami
Timid and weak at the beginning of the story, Yuu is cold and awkward in social interaction because of his previously secluded life in the mountains -- and he finds comfort in things people find strange, the one being most obvious is whenever he talks with his Spirit Partner, Rimu, a spirit of a duel monster who can only be seen by Yuu. However, throughout the story he matures -- he becomes strong-willed, while still maintaining his timid personality, he grows to be more mature and is someone who strongly believes in his comrades, and he will take even extreme measures if it means he can protect his friends. He is quick to forgive as shown as he tries to befriend Seiji Takamura, even though the latter had been trying to injure him and his friends for times. Yuu plays a Quantum Pilot Deck.

Rimu
A duel monster spirit and the Spirit Partner of Yuu Kasami. Rimu can easily got mad if anyone teases him or got frustrated. He has a very intelligent and calm when it comes to Duels. Even in disastrous situations, he does not seem to lose his cool and can think of a strategy.

Izumi Yomiyama
Izumi is a kind and helpful young woman who cannot abandon another in trouble. Asuna is also somewhat proud and despite her kind personality, she will not hesitate to get physical with those that challenge her authority or make fun of her abilities, such as cooking. She is not afraid to act out on her own and will take matters in her own hands from time to time. Like Yuu, she has a Spirit Partner called Boo-boo, the duel monster spirit of "Ghostrick Specter".

Boo-boo
Boo-boo is the Duel Monster Spirit of the card "Ghostrick Specter". He serves as Izumi's spirit partner and often appears to her when anxious that something bad is about to happen.

Ryuzaki Takabaeshi
Ryuzaki is a hasty, energetic, and cheerful young guy who likes to challenge himself to do anything that seems impossible, which he normally fails at. Undaunted by his failures, he states that doing these challenges gets him fired up and will eventually accomplish what he sets out to do. Due to his short-temper and stubbornness, Ryuzaki is easily annoyed, and frequently clashes with Izumi. Ryuzaki plays a U.A. Deck.

Takashi Narukami
Takashi can be classified as a typical loner, being indifferent and cool about most things, usually sporting a stoic face or scowl. He prefers to be alone and doesn't follow a crowd, as his encounters with Yuu and others are often brief before he walks off. Despite Takashi's aloof and cold nature, many duelists at respect his Dueling skills and he's secretly popular with girls, he is still disliked and feared by other duelists. Takashi is shown to have a soft side, but has only shown it to two people - Linda and Yuu. Regardless of this, he can be insensitive and callous to both, causing fighting and arguing between them. Takashi plays a Bujin Deck.

CJ7
CJ7 is a Toon resembles and shares the same name to the alien dog, CJ7. CJ7 loves Dueling and believes that all problems can ultimately be solved through it. He keeps going no matter how hard things get or how hopeless it seems, with a few exceptions (though it doesn't take much encouragement for him to start fighting again), although he does sometimes doubt himself. He always shows respect towards his opponents, with a few exceptions, even complimenting them during a Duel. CJ7 uses a Kozmo Deck.

Seiji Takamura
Seiji is a Toon who resembles a lion. Personality-wise, Seiji is calm and collected, with a deep respect for his opponents and his own cards. He feels that the connection between a Duelist and his opponent, as well as the Duelist himself and his Deck, makes victory meaningful. Seiji plays a Burning Abyss Deck.

Ben Mason
Ben is a Toon who resembles a dog. Ben is a battle-hardened Duelist who shows nothing but fierce determination and serious perseverance in his duels. In a similar manner to Seto Kaiba, Reginald Kastle, and Kite Tenjo, he also carries an affection for his lover Kobby Gilespie whom he vows to rescue, and also highly regards his comrades. Ben acts out more recklessly, and is willing to crush anyone who he deems his enemies, even warning Yuu not to stand in his way when focused on his goal. Ben plays a HERO Deck.

Baebee Funamae
Ben is a Toon who resembles a plush ultraman. Baebee had a very cold and distant nature to his demeanor, a result of spending years being treated as a monster. He viewed everyone around him as his enemy and eventually stopped caring about other people's feelings. Like Akiza, Baebee possesses an extremely strong special ability which sets him apart from the rest of humanity. This psychic ability enables him to psionically materialize and bring to life monsters and the effects of Duel Monsters cards, allowing her to freely control them similar to Yami Bakura, Akiza Izinski, Belowski and Jaden Yuki. Baebee plays a Kaiju Deck.
