Lore: Once per turn, you can declare a Level 1-12. This cards' level becomes that level. This card cannot be used in a Synchro Summon. An Xyz Monster using this card with a level other than 4 as Xyz Material gains this effect:

1: This cards' attack is halved while on the field.

 

Essentially a Gagaga Magician with more flexibility. I made it in mind of cards like 95 or Infinity, where you Xyz Summon using the Xyz Monster you control so the Half Attack won't matter.
