Spinny
2 level 4 Light monsters You can detach 1 xyz material from this card; banish 1 card you control and 2 cards your opponent controls until your opponent's next end phase. You can only use this effect of "Angel Of Tsukuyomi, Karuma" once per turn. When this card destroys an opponents monster by battle, you can banish this card until your next standby phase; draw 2 cards from the bottom of your deck. When this card is summoned or enters the field; look at the top three card(s)of your deck: attach one of them to this card as an xyz material and put 1 of the remaining card(s) on the top and the other on the bottom of your deck. I feel like by trying to make it more interesting ive: A: Made a mountain of text B: Made it quite hard to play around So yeah, please CnC. cardffreakxx
its just way too random, and banishing 2 cards your opponent controls even if only till their EP seems a little OP for a 2 light monster rank 4, Abuse: Hunder, constellar, Satellarknights

You still have to banish something you control as well though, and you lose a fair bit of advantage from making it in the first place since it requires 2 monsters, so that's a -1, then detach and banish from your field is a -1, then banish from your opponents side of the field to balance it to a +0. You would have to keep recurring this card to get the full benefits, bearing in mind it has to destroy monsters to do that or banish itself. The +0 only lasts until the EP as well, so come the EP you go back to -1.
