ShimoHkun1
Some Cyber Dragon support I made Let me know what you think Cyber Powered Dragon Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Can only be Special Summoned by tributing two monsters you control whose printed name is "Cyber Dragon". When this card attacks a non-Machine-type monster decrease that monsters ATK by 200x it's level. When this card is selected as an attack target you can send one LIGHT Machine-type monster from your Field or hand to the Graveyard to negate the attack. You can send this card and a "Cyber Dragon" you control to the Graveyard to Special Summon one Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck who lists "Cyber Dragon" as a Fusion Material monster. The Special Summoned monster is treated as having 2 Fusion Material monsters.
Lord Bard
The thing is Printed name could easly be changed to just saying Whose name is "blabla". Because KONAMI rarely or almost do not use that state. And also one is always "1" in OCG. Other than that I think that this card is hard to get rid off, and even harder to demolish it since it brings back REBD. Very fun card to be agains anyway. Trebuchet MS
The few times it used "printed name" was to make Summon restrictions harder and prevent name-cheating. Like Horakhty, for example, since the ability to copy Egyptian God names makes it too easy to Summon her. Considering that Horakhty wins you the game... However, Cyber Dragons are all about name-cheating to alleviate the fact that they need many copies of it. It is incredibly rare to see 2 or more original Cyber Dragons without a mass Summon spell like Cyber Network.
ShimoHkun1
As moonmoon said it is hard to get rid of and much harder to summon and it has a good effect for pulling out fusions so that is why it requires 2 cyber dragons
AlasTimoris
The "The Special Summoned monster is treated as having 2 Fusion Materials" phrase does nothing on this card. Fortress and Overdragon have to be Fusion Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways, and Rampage doesn't list "Cyber Dragon" as a material, it lists '"Cyber Dragon" monsters'. The only Fusions this can bring out are Twin Dragon and End Dragon. As well as that, the "printed name" thing kinda goes against the whole point of the Cyber Dragons, who use name cheating a lot (as Gadjiltron pointed out)
