AnnieShifter
Oh no, I did. But that doesn't change the point the Kepler's recursion isn't comparable, at all. D/D are a combo deck, and most of the monster effects have hard OPT. So, Kepler has a poor level, goes to the ED unless you play around it, is 0/0, and only searches spells/a trap (at present) with hard OPTs. It's a scale 10, but it shrinks every turn, and even one turn and it's a really "eh" scale, as you've lost your window to PS Ragnarok. Lilith and/or Cerberus are required to really recur it consistently, and even then, level 1 0/0 you don't want to touch the ED. This is a 18/1 that's a level 4 DARK spellcaster with a massive range of targets, which can only grow. It's basically a stratos for Yuya, just NS only. And it's a pendulum with scale 8. Almost everything about Joker is positive, whereas Kepler is a strong effect attached to a body that is really awful, down to being a pendulum. It's not comparable in the slightest. The only reason I compared them, was to show that I would have preferred Joker to be able to search when special summoned just as Kepler was. I did not say the decks were comparable, and the only thing I compared them for were their effects not their stats. In the end it doesn't matter, this is just my opinion which you obviously do not respect.

In the end it doesn't matter, this is just my opinion which you obviously do not respect. You used Kepler as an example of why recurring/on SS isn't broken and just makes a good card. However, you neglected to factor in how Kepler gets special summoned or reused. The former is primarily just One for One, which is limited, and the latter involves the former but requires setup. A poor hand won't see you any recycled Keplers, generally. This card is a Level 4 with great stats all around. It was designed to support the decks as a Stratos, but without being absurd because it goes to the ED to recur every last turn, in theory. Complaining that there's competency in design =/= an opinion, nor does proving your points wrong mean I'm 'disrespecting you' or 'your opinion'. That's you neglecting that they made it a bit smarter than others, and even compared to the meta, this isn't something that's bad. Sure, it doesn't get an effect when it gets PSd from the ED... but it shouldn't. Pendulums as a whole really shouldn't get effects like that, it's stupid design. If it got it on any SS- like deneb- this card would be, at least in a vacuum, banworthy. It would be all of the good of stratos (bare with me, given how big P-pal ALONE is, it's rather HERO-like, and it has some generically good stuff) in ADDITION to being a Scale 8 and being a Pendulum. That is a lot of value in a single card and, especially without a hard OPT, is just a plain stupid idea. This gives all three archetypes a means to mix AND have their own stratos, and though I said there was D/D Cerberus-like clause or when SSd from the hand ala Fluffals, that doesn't mean that what's here is bad 'compared to the meta'. It's a stratos designed in versatility in exchange for abusability, and that's still a very good card. You can now run /6/ Odd-Eyes in any given deck you want to, and you don't have to run Fusion Consciption to do it. You can throw Noble Dragon Magician in places for access to Dragon-type Synchros. I guess your right Robin. It makes since. I really am sorry if I angered you though, it just sounded as if you were trying to be very aggressive towards me. Lonk
Even though it is a terrible idea, Trampolynx can re-use this.
