Activate by Tributing 2 Normal Monsters (except Tokens). Neither Player can Normal or Special Summon Effect Monsters. These cards are brilliant in Normal Pendulum with Gem-Knight Pearl and Scrap Archfiend in the Extra Deck and can shut down Nekroz and Shaddolls with no real loss to you. Well discuss.
