Expelsword
Pendulum Effect You can discard 1 card; Special Summon 1 "Symphonic Warrior" monster from your Deck, except "Symphonic Warrior Guitaars". You can only use this effect of "Symphonic Warrior Guitaars" once per turn. Monster Effect When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 "Symphonic Warrior" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it. Nice, generic scale with decent stats and a deck thinning effect that doubles as Debris Dragon. Seems pretty cool.
AnnieShifter
The symphonic support was great, but the main problem with the cards lies in the deck itself. The tuners themselves are very gimmicky and not exactly the best monsters. Hopefully they receive some better tuners in the future.
Zauls
Would be a fantastic card were it a member of pretty much any other archetype.

Azuh
The other pendulum has to be the singer of the band.
Expelsword
This card's Instant Horus has proved MVP in so many games. It's not QUITE as easy to make Ignister, unfortunately, but damn.
Valkyrus
Certainly gives Karakuri a twist (along with sizzerrs and piaano). Gives them access to Metaphys Horus and Arcanite Magician too. So far I've probably tested them more than anyone on here and I can say they feel best in Karakuri. Also managed to make a Symphonic Quasar deck but there are better ones out there (if only basses had a different effect). Pure symphonics with techs also work but are not consistent enough. Some of the better synchros they can easily make are Underground Arachnid and Frozen Fitzgerald though. I also like how this is pretty much the only pendulum monster that is completely fine without completing the scales and really doesn't need the pendulum mechanic. Still, another 1 or 2 more new Symphonic cards could make a big difference
