1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner Normal Monsters

You can also Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck by sending 1 face-up “Red-Eyes” Normal Monster equipped with a Level 1 Dragon-Type monster. This card gains 200 ATK for each Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard. At the end of the Battle Phase, if this card attacked: You can send 1 "Red-Eyes" Dragon-Type monster from your Deck to the Graveyard; inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster's original ATK.

ATK buff seems a little small, so I would suggest increasing it to 200 to at least make it 2800 instead of 2400 with 4 Dragons in the Grave (which is usually the average). Adding a burn effect to do damage equal to the sent monster's ATK would also be a nice addition to fit the Red-Eyes burn theme.

As it is though, it is very useable in a Red-Eyes deck, so you really don't need to change anything if you don't want to.

I guess that the ATK buff is okay, since in mid-plays, you can have more than 7 Dragons in your grave (using Red-Eyes.dek)

For the burn effect, just think about sending Malefic truth Dragon (lmao), but still, it would be a nice touch, tho it requires some restrictions !! I may add it ^^
