Static
Free Will states that as human beings that can judge, we have control over our actions. Determinism is the philosophical proposition that every event, including human cognition and behavior, decision and action, is causally determined by an unbroken chain of prior occurrences. (wiki) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Determinism Resolved: That the universe happens in an exact order, and is independent of free will or the belief in free will. Free Will does not exist. Lets GO! HORUS
That is impossible ever to know, I think. But if there is an exact order, that then means there is an exact outcome, which implies a purpose in life.
CrabHelmet
The fact that this post has no content is not my fault. It was predetermined. Also, Determinism wins. Chaos Theory, laws of physics, and so on.
Static
That is impossible ever to know' date=' I think. But if there is an exact order, that then means there is an exact outcome, which implies a purpose in life.[/quote'] Purpose is given by human beings, not by things that don't exist. Our universe is merely energy, void, and the reaction between the two, and "Purpose" is a human related thought that we are meant to do something. No, we are going to react with the universe the way that it ends up, and nothing can change that. Sure, there is one outcome, but reason, and desire, and "ambition", things that imply that we strive towards a goal are non-existent in reality. Want purpose in life? Make one, its the closest thing to the truth you will ever get, because for all we know, we don't even exist.

Draco Straybyrn
Agnosticism fits right here, sort of. Yes? Maybe? Meh.
HORUS
Agnosticism is a belief that we will never understand a higher power that has created us. Existentialism is a belief that we created for no purpose, and that we find our own purpose. Existentialists can also be agnostic, but I dunno.
