Its been a while since I created this archetype and since Seattleite created Duel Portal, this has been my most successful archetype. Its also the archetype thats gone through the most changes over the years.

While there is a face-up "Yami": reduce the ATK of all non-DARK monsters by 500; reduce the ATK of Fairy-Type monsters by 500. When this card is Special Summoned it gains the following effect: your Level 6 and lower DARK monsters gain 500 ATK.[/Spoiler][/Spoiler]

While there is a face-up "Yami": When this card selects a Defense Position monster as an attack target, destroy that monster immediately with this effect; inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the DEF of that monster +400.[/Spoiler][/Spoiler]

While there is face-up "Tainted Chasm" Field Spell: if a card(s) you control would be destroyed, you can destroy this card instead.[/Spoiler][/Spoiler]

* Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower "Rift-Lord" OR "Fellknite" monster from your graveyard.

* Target 1 monster you control then target 1 "Rift-Lord" monster in your graveyard. Tribute the first target then Special Summon the second target.

* Send 1 DARK Fiend-, DARK Psychic-, or DARK Zombie-Type monster from your hand to the graveyard.
* Tribute 1 Psychic-Type monster you control and 1 monster your opponent controls. Both players draw 1 card.

When you activate this card gain 1500 Life Points; during the End Phase of this turn, if you have more Life Points than your opponent, take 2000 damage. When this card is destroyed: you can activate a "Precipice" Spell from your graveyard (except for a Field Spell). During each of your Standby Phases you can apply 1 of the following effects:

* Until the End Phase, treat all DARK Fiend-Type monsters on the field and in your graveyard as "Rift-Lord" monsters.
* Each player reveals the top 2 cards of their deck and sends 1 of the revealed cards to the graveyard. Place the remaining card on the bottom of the deck.

Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by shuffling the above cards you control or in your hand into the Deck. (You do not use "Polymerization"). The Summon of this monster cannot be negated. The first time each turn that a player Normal or Special Summons a monster (except from the graveyard) they must either take 1400 damage or tribute 1 monster they control. If this monster would be destroyed by a card effect: return this card to your Extra Deck, then destroy all monsters on the field.[/Spoiler][/Spoiler]

During your Standby Phase, if you control more monsters than your opponent: return this card to the Extra Deck. This monster cannot be removed from the field by another monsters effect. At the start of your Main Phase 1 you can Special Summon 1 DARK monster from your graveyard; it cannot declare an attack that turn. If this monster would be destroyed by a card effect: return this card to your Extra Deck; Special Summon 1 Level 8 or lower non-LIGHT monster from either players graveyard in face-up Defense Position.[/Spoiler][/Spoiler]

You can Special Summon this monster from your Extra Deck by returning 1 of the above Fusion Material monsters you control to your deck, and by sending the remaining Fusion Material Monster(s) you control to the graveyard. While this card is face-up on the field: non-DARK monsters cannot be Summoned from the graveyard. If this card inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent: your opponent sends the top card of their deck to the graveyard and sends 1 additional card from the top of their deck to the graveyard for every 2 "Rift-Lord" monsters in your graveyard.[/Spoiler][/Spoiler][/Spoiler]
