Fancy Feet

When you activate this card, Discard 1 Level 4 monster and note it's Type and Attribute. While this card is face-up on the field, all face-up monsters you control with the same Attribute as the Discarded monster gain 600 ATK and DEF. Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1, you can add 1 Level 4 monster from your Deck to your hand with the same Type and Attribute as the Discarded monster. You cannot Special Summon monsters from your Extra Deck during the turn you activated this effect. This effect can only be activated once, for as long as this card remains face-up on the field. You can only activate each effect of "Fancy Feet" once per turn.

Pros:
-Realistically, it can search like any Level 4 monster in your Deck, if you are that dedicated to it.
-Boosts the ATK and DEF of matching monsters.

Cons:
-It's a Trap card
-Removing it from the field before your MP1 means you doomed to -2ing yourself.
-Can't easily be stacked.
-Flipping it from a turn it was previously Set means you can't use the search in the same turn.
-Denies you of your Extra Deck if you search with it.

So.... "Balanced" omni-searcher? Or did I go too far with the drawbacks?
