Darj
First, going to admit that I have not even tried Goat Format yet, but from what I have read and been explained, and if the deck's nickname wasn't obvious, Scapegoat, Metamorphosis and TER were the big players, plus it sounds fun as hell. Needless to say, the deck is long dead.Anyway, this is an attempt of bringing TER and the interaction of those 3 cards back, by creating 2 cards that simulate TER and Metamorphosis: Thousand-Year Oppressor LambdariesAttribute: EARTHType: Beast/Fusion/EffectLevel: 1ATK: 0DEF: 02 "Sheep Token" and/or "Lamb Token"Must first be Fusion Summoned with "Legacy of the Forbidden Sheep". Other monsters cannot change their battle positions or attack. Once per turn: You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; equip that target to this card (You can only equip 1 monster at a time to this card with this effect.) This card's ATK and DEF become equal to that equipped monster's. If this card would be destroyed by battle, destroy that equipped monster instead. a.k.a Goat TER. Yeah yeah, effect is a blatant copy of TER, but its mostly for flavor purposes. Its name is meant to more or less be yet-another TER reference. However, it was spiced up on the Attribute/Type, which is the same as the Sheep/Lamb Tokens. Its stats are also a reference to both TER and the Tokens, since both have 0/0. And the given name it's, well, Lamb + Aries. Legacy of the Forbidden SheepSpell CardType: Quick-PlayFusion Summon 1 "Thousand-Year Oppressor Lambdaries" from your Extra Deck, using monsters from your side of the field as Fusion Materials. If this card is destroyed: You can add 1 "Scapegoat" or "Stray Lambs" from your Deck to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Legacy of the Forbidden Sheep" once per turn. Basically the Metamorphosis, except that it's less searchable (I mean, Metamorphosis would have Equip Spell support if it wasn't banned). The last effect is just a cute bonus that supports its own combo, allows you to pick tokens by popping this card yourself, and may occasionally punish blind backrow removal. Posting this on Casual because I think not many people would be fine with bringing TER back; although, to be fair, this TER comes with its hindrances. Also, I believe TER wouldn't be as strong in current TCG/OCG formats anyway so bringing it back may not be as disastrous as one would think. Comments, thoughts, tips, suggestions? For instance, I have considered being extra mean by protecting the Fusion monster from effect destruction with its last effect.
