NOTHING. Discuss.

So, as far as I know, this is the first time this has ever happened ever since the formats were split. I have some opinions about a few things people are whining about so far.

Clown Blade

This is not even that great at all. It's not getting put on the banlist.

Cyber Dragon Infinity

With the rotation banlist, this is literally irrelevant. It's a pain in the ass it's unlimited, but it's not going to see much regardless.

Utopic Zero

This is a skip yo' turn. I'm not scared of it (although I'm probably going to eat these words later)

1) Worlds is in for a special surprise this year

2) OCG is doing a new set rotation format in Asia that is getting a lot of skepticism, best not to poke the tiger in the eye but making a new format

3) I may personally not like it, but the current OCG format is quite stable and healthy, OTK's are rare, CDI is falling out of popularity. Wait a month and some for BA and we'll have have nice 8 meta format.

4) October is big, there's packs for erratas and such. July tends to be boring.

That being said. I most definitely didn't see this. Being a Japanese player however, I'm glad my Tellars remain safe :3

Write this down:

TCG will have no banlist either and the current format will be extended.

Next banlist will come in October... and will be a BIG banlist that might change the entire meta - All current Tier decks could become rogue. Nekroz and Shaddolls included.

While this is entirely possible (and I wouldn't be too surprised if it is indeed the case), just remember that the OCG and TCG have been different for a while now.  Nothing that happens in the directly affects the TCG.  Also, while it would be very interesting and honestly I would like to see how the game reacts to simply adding cards to the card-pool without taking any out, there is no precedent for this in the TCG (as far as I know)
