Trebuchet MS
This card cannot only declare an attack by unless you revealing 1 "Cyber" monster in your hand. During the end of your opponent's turn End Phase: You can return shuffle this card into your Deck and add 1 "Cyber Dragon" from your Deck to your hand. When this card is destroyed: Place return all cards in your hand to on the top of your Deck in any order.2300 ATK for no-Tribute is amazingly powerful, so it's got to have a significant downside to it. The additional cost to attack is nearly nonexistent as any Cyber monster will work with that, and it stays in your hand so you don't lose advantage either. Instead, the drawback here is that you go into topdeck mode if your opponent happens to find a way to destroy this card before their next End Phase, where this card would likely slip into the safe recesses of your Deck to dodge said downside while also tutoring up a Cyber Dragon. The incredible risk associated with this card would hurt its playability. Maybe in the early turns it's a little difficult to surmount this card in battle without trying to reach into the Extra Deck, but past those few turns, stronger monsters are accessed, and this card's downside ends up being too glaring to consider even putting on the field.
