LORE: Can only be equip to a Spellcaster, Water, or Plant-Type Monster. The equipped card gains 500 Atk. You can tribute this card and target 1 Monster card on the field, regardless of its position; That card can no longer change its battle position, attack, or activate it's effect until after your next end phase. You can Tribute this card and target 1 monster card on the field, regardless of its position; That card it cannot longer change its battle position, attack, or activate its effect(s) until after the end of your next end phase turn.Kinda neat, freezing a monster and temporarily turning it into dead weight. But there's nothing stopping the opponent from using it to Summon another monster, or just calmly waiting out the freezing, unless they really need to push for game at that state.
