Wildflame
Declare a monster Level; all monsters on the field with that Level become Winged Beast-Type this turn. Not really Raidraptor support, but it sounds mildly interesting. Discuss.
玄魔の王
So that's how Shun made Rise Falcon. Still a plot device.
BlackBeartic
Needs to be buffed. Obviously.
goodfusion
Yeah, it seems outclassed by DNA Surgery if you really want your monsters to be Winged Beast-Type, or are wanting to mess up your opponent's strategy. The only real benefit is that, being a Spell, you can use it in your turn without setting it first. How much better would it be if it removed the level thing, and made monsters in the hand Winged Beasts?
Queen of the Abyss
Here's an idea: Flip it around, make it so Winged Beasts become the declared level! Maybe limit it so you can only go into Winged Beast Xyz because otherwise you would have a ball with it, but it would be an interesting idea. As it stands though, feels more like "RISE FALCON!" plot device, which is sad.
Hello my name is Enguin
Such a terrible, terrible effect. Raidraptors don't have time to be throwing in random level 3 spammers to use this to bring out the now terrible Devil Eagle.
Hexanort
probably the only good thing is that it is a "Raidraptor" card....so its searchable....but then again, RR basically doesnt run anything other than raidraptor...or in some weird build...blackwings...that are already winged beast....messing with type barely work in disrupting opponent due most of the good thing is either generic or archetype related.....i just cant see any use for this.... Slinky
So, basically, gives your standard R4 decks access to Zerofyne/Rise Falcon, and Rank 5 decks access to Zereort. That's pretty neat on top of being a quick-play. But it is really gimmicky.
evilfusion
This is probably one of Shun's worse plot device cards, because I struggle to think of a situation where he would actually find that genuinely useful in more practical scenarios. Rescue Xyz I can almost understand, but not very well.
玄魔の王
Technically, this can make Equip Spells fall off if they're type-specific, or prevent Xyz plays for cards like Laggia and Dolkka, but I don't know why Shun would need that if he's fighting Academia. evilfusion
At least it's a Quick-Play, so it COULD do stuff somehow...but ultimately, it's too blatant a plot device. Even the combo with Rescue Xyz was pushing it because Rescue Xyz isn't likely to be that useful even considering the symbolism of Shun and the resistance's drive to take back captured friends (Revolution Force symbolizes this better).
