BPHSCHIP Posted July 7, 2015 Report Share Posted July 7, 2015 The basis of these monsters is that they cannot change their battle positions without the assistance of card effects; however, when they do, they have effects that activate based on what position they are changed to. In addition, all of these monsters, except for their ace card "Gravatomic Champion" are Level 4, allowing for the Xyz Summon of "Wreckage". Up to twice per turn, you can change the battle position of monsters you control. If you change the position of a "Gravatomic" monster, gain 300 Life Points. Cannot change battle position while face-up on the field, except by a card effect. If this card's battle position is changed, apply one of these effects based on its battle position change:-Attack to Defense: Target 1 Set card on your opponent's side of the field; destroy it.-Defense to Attack: Return 1 card on the field to the owner's hand. Cannot change battle position while face-up on the field, except by a card effect. If this card's battle position is changed, apply one of these effects based on its battle position change:-Attack to Defense: Change the battle position of 1 face-up "Gravatomic" monster you control (excluding "Gravatomic Golem").-Defense to Attack: Special Summon 1 Level 4 "Gravatomic" monster from your hand. Cannot change battle position while face-up on the field, except by a card effect. Halve any damage your opponent takes from battles involving this card. If this card's battle position is changed, apply one of these effects based on its battle position change:-Attack to Defense: Your opponent discards 1 non-Monster card from their hand.-Defense to Attack: For the rest of this turn, when a "Gravatomic" monster you control declares an attack, your opponent takes 300 damage. Cannot change battle position while face-up on the field, except by a card effect. If this card's battle position is changed, apply one of these effects based on its battle position change:-Attack to Defense: During your opponent's next turn, your opponent cannot target any face-up monster you control, except "Gravatomic Wall", for an attack, or with Spell/Trap effects.-Defense to Attack: You take no battle damage from battles involving this card until your opponent's next End Phase. Cannot change battle position while face-up on the field, except by a card effect. If this card's battle position is changed, apply one of these effects based on its battle position change:-Attack to Defense: Declare 1 Type of card (Monster, Spell, or Trap). Your opponent excavates the top card of their Deck and and reveals it. If it is declared Type, banish it and gain 1000 Life Points. Otherwise, your opponent adds that card to their hand.-Defense to Attack: Excavate the top card of your Deck, and if it is a "Gravatomic" card, add it to your hand. Otherwise, send it to the bottom of your Deck. Cannot change battle position while face-up on the field, except by a card effect. If this card's battle position is changed, apply one of these effects based on its battle position change:-Attack to Defense: Add 1 "Gravatomic" card from your Graveyard to your hand. It cannot be played this turn.-Defense to Attack: Discard 1 card from your hand to add 1 "Gravatomic" card from your Deck to your hand. It cannot be played this turn. When a "Gravatomic" monster you control is selected as an attack-target; change its Battle Position. The attacking monster must attack. Activate only when a "Gravatomic" monster you control is destroyed by a card effect; Special Summon 1 "Gravatomic" monster from your Graveyard (excluding the destroyed monster). This turn, the summoned monster is not destroyed by battle. Also, all monsters your opponent controls that can attack must attack the monster summoned by this effect, and cannot otherwise attack. Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card must first be Special Summoned by Tributing 3 monsters you control, including at least 2 "Gravatomic" monsters. As long as this card is on the field, you can change the battle positions of "Gravatomic" monsters you control. Once per turn, when a "Gravatomic" card you control should be destroyed; it is not destroyed. 2 Level 4 "Gravatomic" monstersThis card cannot be destroyed by battle while it has Xyz Materials. Once per turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; change the battle position of both this card and 1 other "Gravatomic" monster you control. Cannot change battle position while face-up on the field, except by a card effect. If this card's battle position is changed, apply one of these effects based on its battle position change:-Attack to Defense: Inflict 800 damage to your opponent.-Defense to Attack: Select 1 "Gravatomic" monster in Attack Position you control whose ATK is than or equal to this card's. It can attack your opponent Directly this turn. Cannot change battle position while face-up on the field, except by a card effect. If this card's battle position is changed, apply one of these effects based on its battle position change:-Attack to Defense: Your opponent cannot target this card as an attack target, or for card effects until the end of their Battle Phase.-Defense to Attack: This card can attack your opponent Directly this turn. Select 1 face-up "Gravatomic" monster you control. Switch the battle positions of all other "Gravatomic" monsters you control. The selected monster gains 500 ATK for each monster whose battle position was changed by this card's effect. During the End Phase, banish both this card and the selected monster. Cannot change battle position while face-up on the field, except by a card effect. If this card's battle position is changed, apply one of these effects based on its battle position change:-Attack to Defense: Special Summon 1 Level 4 "Gravatomic" monster from your Graveyard.-Defense to Attack: Change the battle position of 1 "Gravatomic" monster you control (excluding "Gravatomic Tinkerer"). Woloa Posted July 7, 2015 Report Share Posted July 7, 2015 This is original and looks fun to use, however, the formating of your post bugs me, things don't seem to be in any particular order and a few spoilers (found by clicking on the special BBCode button next to the eraser) would help make the post less monstrous to look at. GarlandChaos Posted July 7, 2015 Report Share Posted July 7, 2015 Aviator doesn't specify the ATK requirements for direct attacks. Anyways, the archetype is very original, and I quite like it. It would help if they had more immunity, though, since, if I recall, only 1 or 2 Main Deck monsters in the archetype are immune to battle or card effect.
