Snake's Bizarre Adventure

[The Amazing Avian]

This edition of Lujan's Bad Crossovers is a retelling of Shadow Moses, but this time with Stands that I'm about to make up.

 

Solid Snake: I could go with some kind of stealth ability, but I'm not gonna. Instead, his stand is Hero of War(Rise Against song). It takes the form of various weapons with the only prerequisite is that the stand has to have eaten its ammunition within the last 8 hours. Has an optional lock-on feature. If the sights are lined up to a target for 10 seconds, the next shot fired will follow the target.

 

Otacon: Had a latent stand ability but the shock from his encounter with Gray Fox awakened it completely. Mr. Roboto (you know the song) gives him the ability to reverse engineer fictional machines. It's part of how he was able to design Metal Gear Rex.

 

Frank Jager: Or alternatively Gray Fox, the cyborg ninja. His sword carries the stand Sun and Steel (Iron Maiden) which gives the user the ability to create cyber armor like the one he uses and gives him ballistic vision, making him able to see the trajectory of bullets. Because of his augmented body, he can also move to block the bullets with his sword.

 

Meryl: No stand, just a trained soldier. She might develop one before the events of Stands of the Patriots though.

 

Johnny: As far as anyone can tell, he's not a stand user.

 

Revolver Ocelot: No stand. Might seem odd for such a badass to not have one, but that's exactly why he doesn't. He doesn't need a stand to make bullets ricochet, he's just that good.

 

Decoy Octopus: Unnamed stand that lets him copy the appearance of others. He dies offscreen anyway, it doesn't matter.

 

Vulcan Raven: The Raven (Edgar Allan Poe. Yes, I know it's not a song). His stand makes ravens follow him and he can use them to teleport by separating his body into a flock of ravens. Like Ocelot, he's badass. He can carry that bf gun.

 

Sniper Wolf: Wolfmother (band). When she draws blood from herself and lets it drop to the ground, a full grown wolf is born that will obey her completely and is of the same color as the ground it fell on. Hurting the wolf won't do anything to SW herself.

 

Psycho Mantis: Unnamed so far. His mask gives him the ability to read the current thoughts of anyone who's breath it filters. It also gives him telekinesis as long as he's holding his breath.

 

Liquid Snake: Is not aware he has a stand and hates that Solid is a stand user while he isn't. In reality, he inherited an improved version of his father's stand The Trooper (Iron Maiden) which makes him nigh unkillable as long as he's going through an adrenaline rush. It should be noted that Solid Snake also inherited a bit of The Trooper's power, but not to the same extent as Liquid.

 

I think that's everyone from Shadow Moses. A good amount of this is based off some in universe things like Liquid being the actual superior clone as opposed to Solid and Sun and Steel being a stand weapon so it can be passed on to the cyborg ninjas from later parts.
