You can only use this effect of "Kozmo Goodwitch" once per turn. Once per turn, you can pay 900(?) LP, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; change it to face-down Defense Position. And now we wait for the lvl 5s, or to see if the spell speed 1 book of moon is worth the life points. For me the card is a bit underwhelming otherwise.
