Toffee.
If this card is Summoned, you can have this card gain 1000 ATK until the end of it's next battle. And if you do, you can send 1 Level 6 or higher "Daimyodog" monster from your hand or Deck to your Graveyard. Then, if you sent a monster from your hand to the Graveyard in this way, Draw 1 card and Inflict 400 damage to your opponent. If this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle, you can send this face-up card to the Graveyard: Special Summon 1 "Daimyodog LV6" from your Deck or Graveyard. Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by a card effect that does not target. If this card is Summoned, you can have this card gain 1000 ATK until the end of it's next battle. You cannot activate this effect during the turn this card was Summoned by the effect of "Daimyodog LV4". If this card is Special Summoned by the effect of "Daimyodog LV4", this card cannot be destroyed by card effects. Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned by the effect of "Daimyodog LV6". If this card is Summoned, you can have this card gain 1000 ATK until the end of it's next battle. If this card is Summoned by the effect of "Daimyodog LV6", this card cannot be targeted by, or destroyed by, card effects. If this card is removed from the field, you can return all "Daimyodog" monsters in your Graveyard to your Deck, and if you do, Special Summon 1 "Daimyodog LV4" from your Deck. Ideally these are meant to 'update' the basic ideas behind the whole "LV" monster gimmicky Faster evolutions >>> Waiting until the end of the turn/next Standby/etc Summon from Deck/Graveyard with an effect to set that up >>> Summon from Hand/Deck which is prone to running out of things to summon Built-in protection/effects to help it ensure evolution >>> Effects that do and don't make sense Rewarded for playing the whole line >>> Rewarded for playing semi-dead mid-evolutions that can only evolve once etc etc Daimyo were just powerful guys who ruled over everything/had everything/etc and just passed it along to the next person in charge. Or whatever. They also hired bodyguards, I guess. I gave these a progressing protection effect, because I figured it was appropriate. I don't know, just go with it.
