Azuriena
Certainly very interesting. :o And definitely powerful as well. While breaking even can be quite situational (though you can actually gain advantage in theory), depending on the card you choose, your opponent may have to reveal not only their hand and entire Deck, but also all their Set cards as well. You might even be able to use the banishing cost to your advantage, depending on your Deck.
Sir Yamiegg
OCG fix: Banish the top 2 cards of your Deck, then target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; your opponent banishes all cards with the same name as that card(s) from (where?). Card(s) banished by this effect cannot be targeted by card effects. Well, it doesn't seem to be too great this format, but it could be a great side option in future formats, especially if it banishes from the Extra too (at the moment's it's not too clear where the cards are banished from; I assume it's from hand and Deck, but could be from Grave/Extra too). It's just about balanced since it doesn't banish the targeted monster.
Azuriena
My take on it: Banish the top 2 cards of your Deck, then target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; they must banish all other cards in their possession with the same name as that card. Those banished cards cannot be targeted by card effects for the rest of this Duel.
Ace487
Thank you for your advice, I actually thought it needed an OCG fix when I was posting this but couldn't put my finger on it. I had the thought of being pacific to the targeting of where, but I thought it would be clear if it just said: "banish all cards with the same (printed) name." I guess not. Correct version: Banish the top 2 cards of your Deck, then target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; your opponent banishes all other cards with the same original name from their hand, field Deck, Graveyard and Extra Deck. Card(s) banished by this effect cannot be targeted by card effects. You don't need "printed" - it's not used on any card anymore. All you need is "all other cards" for it not to banish the targeted card. Just copy/paste the above wording. Now that it banishes from Extra, it could be deadly against BA or even Shaddolls. Those banished cards cannot be targeted by card effects for the rest of this Duel. What I meant to say was that the wording you posted is wrong. The "0.5 version" of the card's wording was wrong too, but the OP has rectified that now.
