CLG Klavier
It's a Towers out guys!!gasp I mean it is alright but the question is what deck is actually willing to go this far. I don't think there are any decks that naturally run Cyber Dragon.
ihop
It seems a good enough side choice in Dolls since it's a guaranteed out that doubles as a LIGHT. That's if you have the ED room, that is.

Goose
If your deck doesn't naturally have outs to Towers, this could be okay. Top decks ATM do have outs making this less effective. Possibly a good side in rogue decks I suppose so long as that extra deck space isn't too necessary.

I think Geargia and Gadgets did that?
goodfusion
How is Cyber Dragon a 'Towers-out'?Or are people talking about Chimeratech Fortress Dragon?

Wildflame
It always was. But I am of the oppinion that Towers Turbo might not be as big of a thing as people are making it up to be.

But I am of the oppinion that Towers Turbo might not be as big of a thing as people are making it up to be.It will be a thing because people overhyped it, but the overhype will make it be oversided against. I see people running 3 Ghost Ogre & 2 Typhoon already. That being said, a Towers out is still desired, and I feel for Decks without one, this is a solid option actually

That's not oversiding at all, especially considering it outs Lose 1 Turn and Re-Qliate as well.

(Like the Trap card) Ogre is so amazing, Typhoon is also clutch, but going 3 on both or whatever is somewhat overkill (Though I suppose it depends on the context of the Deck)
Zauls
It wouldn't be easy to find room in the Extra Deck for Chimeratech if you're playing Shaddolls. If you're playing the Seraph build, the Extra is crammed as hell, there's no hope in finding room for it. A good idea might be to put both Cyber Dragon and Chimeratech in the side and side out Anoyatyllis game 2, since it's useless against Qli, but then there's the opportunity cost of side deck space. It is a very effective out, though, if you get it off. Its a +1 for starters and you get a 2k beater for free and it saves you having to jump through hoops to make Star Eater. A better counter to Qli is Grysta, who can nix their Pendulum Shoukan.
