When this card is successfully Xyz Summoned: Send all other cards on the field to the Graveyard, and this card gains 600 ATK for each card sent by this effect. Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this effect's activation. During each End Phase; take damage equal to the ATK gained by this effect. This effect cannot be negated.

What's point of this effect, the more his ATK goes up the more you end paying more life points every turn; additionally to his tedious summoning requirements. If we have him 3000 ATK, we end paying 3000 life points per turn, that's impossible to survive unless you have spell that can make you gain life points when you lose life points by an card effect.

The idea is that you're only going to be summoning it as a finisher, obviously this would be a pretty terrible thing to go for early on.

I get that, your idea isn't invalid, but with newer game format, people want to find more cards suitable to today's duelling. The way you made the card it is a bit overpowered, but you balanced it by making it unrealistically underpowered. Like this card gimic can work in anime but not in real dueling. You could add detaching effect, and recreate the effect to make something even better.

(I don't wanna add any effect suggestions, since the idea has to be your original effect, good luck)

How would this idea not work? As long as it isn't Solemn Warning'd or otherwise negated, the effect goes through and can't be stopped. It's non-targeting and non-destruction removal which is especially relevant with the likes of Majespecters and just for generally not triggering destruction based effects that could mess with it. And saying I made it both overpowered and underpowered is nonsensical, it can't properly be both.

An unstoppable bomb that, if you fail to slay your opponent with it, will turn around and kill you unless you've had a good amount of LP to buffer it off. So clearly you want to end the game with it, so the issue here is how easily accessible it is.

 

The best I can think of is Trains since they love making R10 monsters, and the fact that their usual R10 library has pretty solid options for damage means you can safely afford to finish the game with this card having lower ATK. It tends to compete with the rest of the R10 library, but this isn't quite a card you'd want to make at any time.
