Reboot

Hi. My english is horrible, but i will try to explain how this card works. Everytime we use a card that can only be used once per turn, that card name is added to the once per turn list. The card names are cleaned in that list when your turn ends. The card Reboot can clean all card names in that list. Example: Activate Instant Fusion, then use Reboot. Now you can activate Instant Fusion again (If you have).

First of all:

1. This card has no hard OPT (like saying "(insert name of the card) can only be activated once per turn."). That's bad.

2. 1200 LP is hardly a cost.

3. Phrasing would probably go like:

"Pay 1200 LP; Any effects, except that of "Reboot", that can only be used once per turn can be used 1 more time this turn and only 1 more time this turn. The effects of "Reboot" can only be activated once per turn and only once that turn."

Re-Class is on the right track with the text fix, but I suggest the following:

Pay 1200 LP; any card or effect that can only be activated/used once per turn can be activated/used 1 more time this turn, and only 1 more time this turn, except "Reboot". You can only activate 1 "Reboot" per turn.

(And still, I feel the "1 more time this turn, and only 1 more time this turn" line can be further simplified but at the moment I can't think of how.)

However, this take on the effect would include effects that read "Once per turn: [insert effect here]", and I don't know if you intended to re-use said effects with your card, or only cards with "hard once-per-turn" (hard OPT for short) clauses (you can only use/activate 1 X per turn). If you want to exclude non-hard OPT effects, then this card's text should be different.

Anyway, I'm not sure if this card would do any good on the game. Some hard OPT effects are, well, hard OPT for a reason, and at the cost of 1 card and 1200 LP you get to use them one more time. I guess this would be harmless when you re-use 1 or even 2 cards only, but when you have 3+ cards ready to be re-used, it can get scary.
