2 Level 4 monsters

When a card or effect is activated: You can Tribute 1 Xyz Monster you control; destroy 1 card on the field. During either player's turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card, then target 1 card in either Graveyard; shuffle it into the Deck. You can only use each effect of "Cosmic End Executor" once per turn.

The art you chose is phenomenal!

As for the card itself, I could see it a viable option for Tellarknights, but not as helpful as Emeral or Number 80. The first effect could be interesting in any Xyz-heavy deck, especially blowing up an Exciton that's used both of it's materials to get a free pop after ANY effect activates (the coolest part of the effect) but still, it seems odd to want to go into this over other staple Rank 4's. I'm curious; how did you envision this card being used? And once again, great card art!

Firstly, thanks for your kind reply!

As for the eff, i was trying to make something that could affect the field while being extremely safe to use. Unless your opponent negates this card's Summon with Solemn Warning, it's very likely you ll get to destroy something on the field, because this can Tribute itself for the trade, what makes Skill Drain, Nekroz of Unicore, Fiendish Chain, and any other kind of card with targetting eff all mere toys for him.

The second eff should be treated as a bonus. Since its a quick effect, you can use it to trigger this card's first eff during your opp turn practically anytime you want;

Since you liked so much the card image, i'll leave my source of pics for every card i make here. expect amazing card arts there!

I completely forgot about JazinKay's photobucket! I've made cards with those in the past myself. It's been a long time since I posted here, but I got back into the meta a couple months ago, so now I can make relevant cards and commentary again.

So if your scared of backrow/in a pickle, make this instead of Delteros. Clever. Also this thing as has great recur value with Call of the Haunted that I didn't consider earlier. Yeah, I'd definitely run one of these in Tellarknights.

As said, the artwork is lovely.

(The lack of a proper background makes it perfect for YGO.)

First off though, I'm going to assume that the first effect is a Quick Effect and targets. There's no reason it shouldn't target. Targeting shouldn't be used to nerf a card's usefulness. You should add "During either player's turn," to the activation requirements of the first effect to change it to a Quick Effect, rather than a Trigger Effect.

With that said, its greatest strength is obviously its ability to Tribute itself. But it even has an edge over the likes of Castel despite being a +0, because your opponent can't really stop it. You could respond to Castel's Xyz Summon, but doing that against Cosmo End Executor only meets the conditions for its effect, which can be chained. The fact that is has an activation requirement will almost never be relevant because you can meet it with its second effect. Its Xyz Material will never go to waste.

I would definitely run this over Diamond Dire Wolf in Nekroz because it's better in almost every way. It can Tribute itself even under Skill Drain, and destroy that Skill Drain in the process, then recycle a Unicore and search some Ritual Spells. You could also use it to mess with your opponent's Graveyard setup or even recycle Spell/Traps.

Consider turning the first effect into an Ignition Effect? I feel that it would feel like it could be real, existing generic Rank 4 monster that way. Because as it is, it feels pointless, and kind of in bad taste, to have an activation requirement for its first effect that could just be met with its second one. You might as well just make it a normal Spell Speed 2 effect with no conditions at that point.

That way it also wouldn't use itself up so cleanly, which is unlike most other Xyz Monsters. You Xyz Summon it, then use up all its Xyz Material and its own body and have it do all it can do in one fell swoop. With the first effect being Spell Speed 1 and the second being Spell Speed 2, it puts it more on par with the rest of the generic Rank 4s.

Otherwise, I really like it.
