Lore: Return 1 Card from your hand to your Deck and if you do Draw 2 Cards. You cannot Special Summon during the turn you activate this card.

During either players Main Phase you can banish this card to banish 1 Spell or Trap Card from either players Graveyard. You can only activate each effect of "Foolish Draw" once per duel.

 

the OCG probably isnt great, but you get the idea.

I guess its a card that you would run a 1 of in Control based decks that dont SS, such as Volcanics or AntiMeta, idk.

Also the banish effect would be great aspecially in the rise of grave spells and traps and also you can pop construct and banish the fusion spell and other plays.

 

Also the name is completely random and if anyone has a good name for it and pic I can make it into an actual card.

 

Also the story of how I thought of this card:

Was reading a goats thread and remembered how powerful Graceful Charity is, then realised there was never a draw 2 discard 1 card. then realised discard 1 and draw 2 would be less powerful. But since discarding is powerful I changed to return it to the deck. Then I decided to give it a grave eff and make the card a one off.

Really the only parts that need improving (and that actually matter) are whether you're stacking the card (which seems retarded) or shuffling the card in (which makes sense). You also need to specify if you target the banished spell/trap card, because that's hella important. What's funny is that this card is an attack on grave spell/traps...as a grave spell.
