·Toot
mhm... Toon PalaceContinuous SpellPay 1000 Life Points. This face-up card is treated as "Toon World". While you control a "Toon" monster, "Toon Kingdom" cannot be destroyed by card effects that target it. If this face-up card is sent to the Graveyard: Special Summon 1 "Toon" monster from your Deck. Seems pretty straight forward. CnC would be nice.
Azuriena
Like Field Barrier, while Toon Palace does focus on targeting effects, it still only protects against destruction. You won't be prevented from activating another Toon Kingdom like in the case of Field Barrier, but a simple Castel could still get rid of Toon Kingdom even with Toon Palace active. deathdragonv2
Im not really up to date with my Toons, but if I understand, this becomes part of a backrow lock making your Toons a whole lot more sturdy. I like the Special Summon effect, it gives the who concept more speed but maybe its a little abusable, bringing out a powerful monster from nowhere - saying that toons being what they are could use the extra help. Interesting idea.
