Dad
This is looking like those NYPD officers didnt do their job. I'm not surprised. A lot of the larger cities are filled with corruption. Los Angeles, New Orleans, Miami, Chicago. And New York is no exception.
Sethera
This disgusts me. Yet another example of discrimination with authorities looking the other way.
Mutant Monster RAEG-HAPYP
I'm not surprised. A lot of the larger cities are filled with corruption. Los Angeles, New Orleans, Miami, Chicago. And New York is no exception. I fee like too many bad cops are popping up these days and not much is being done about it. But, NYPD is STILL better than the Albuquerque Police Department, imo.
Susie
at first i was like "eh the dudes just being a show-off" but then as i read on i was like holy funk. transgender people still have a rocky road to go down but soon itll be paved over from the help of other people. here in Canada things arent so bad (at least not that i know of) but hell the US has got it pretty bad i can guess, though i can really only hope that my guess is wrong. Lunar Origins
Yeah no. We face a sheet ton of discrimination (I face it basically every day at college.) And, well, you can't really tell anyone because no one gives a sheet. You're on your own unless you've got a group of friends to help stick up for you, and even then finding actual friends to do that irl sucks major dick. Lunar Origins
Mmm. I really don't have many problems come up by way of, well, people making fun of me, harassing me (though I have been sexually harassed before), or outright hitting me. That's probably due to me blending in fairly well; however, the main discrimination comes from people who actually know; as in, the people who have seen me before I came out and transitioned (June 2015!!) or those who have to see my identification (which still reads my birth name and has an old picture on it.) It's creepy that simply the fact that people know is enough to judge you; unlike other things, there's nothing you can do about it concerning your attitude or outside appearances. So what do you do? Why, you act like the man here. You have to fight tooth and nail to show people that they cannot put you down like that. It's a trained prejudice that, unfortunately, many people have. There's not a whole lot you can do against that but fight it.
Slinky
He told HuffPost that White was "making up stories behind my back" and added that he has no problem with transgender people. "My sister's gay," he added. I'm pretty sure transexualism and homosexualism aren't related like that.
