If this card is Summoned, you can Special Summon 1 Level 1 "Goop Troop" monster from your hand or Graveyard, except "Goop Troop Boots". Then, send 1 "Goop Troop" monster you control to the Graveyard. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can return 1 random card in the opponent's hand to the Deck, then your opponent draws 1 card. While this card is in the Graveyard, if it was sent there from the field, your opponent must pay 100 Life Points to Special Summon a monster(s), or activate the effect of a card(s).

If this card is destroyed(either by battle or card effect), you can Special Summon up to 2 Level 1 "Goop Troop" monsters from your Deck, except "Goop Troop Hands". Then, send 1 "Goop Troop" monster you control to the Graveyard. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, all face-up monsters your opponent currently controls lose 400 ATK and DEF. While this card is in the Graveyard, if it was sent there from the field, your opponent must pay 100 Life Points to Special Summon a monster(s), or activate the effect of a card(s).

During either player's turn, if you control a face-up "Goop Troop" monster, except "Goop Troop Nose", you can Special Summon this card(from your hand). Then, send 1 "Goop Troop" monster you control to the Graveyard. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls: change it to face-down Defense Position. While this card is in the Graveyard, if it was sent there from the field, your opponent must pay 100 Life Points to Special Summon a monster(s), or activate the effect of a card(s).

Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can Discard 1 card, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Level 1 "Goop Troop" monster from your Deck, except "Goop Troop Tongue". Then, send 1 "Goop Troop" monster you control to the Graveyard. If this card is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can target 1 Spell/Trap card your opponent controls: Return it to the hand. While this card is in the Graveyard, if it was sent there from the field, your opponent must pay 100 Life Points to Special Summon a monster(s), or activate the effect of a card(s).

Can only be Summoned by it's own effect, and cannot be Summoned by other ways. During either player's turn, after a third Level 1 "Goop Troop" monster you control was sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon this card(from your hand or Graveyard). Cannot be targeted by your opponent's card effects. Once per turn, during either player's turn, you can Discard 1 "Goop Troop" card and target 1 card on the field: Return it to the hand. Once per turn, if the opponent pays Life Points, you can inflict damage to your opponent equal to the total amount of Life Points your opponent payed. You can only control 1 "Goop Troop Slobberfest".

When you activate this card from your hand, you can add from your Deck to your hand 1 "Goop Troop" monster. If a "Goop Troop" monster you control is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can Draw 1 card. If the opponent pays Life Points, gain Life Points equal to the total Life Points they payed. You can only activate each effect of "Goop Troop Swamp" once per turn.

Target 1 face-up "Goop Troop" monster you control: Special Summon 1 Level 1 "Goop Troop" monster your Deck. Then, send the Summoned monster to the Graveyard. Then, for the rest of the turn, the target monster cannot be targeted by, or destroyed by, your opponent's card effects. During your turn, except the turn this card was sent to the Graveyard, you can Banish this card from the Graveyard: Add from your Deck to your hand 1 "Goop Troop" monster.

Special Summon 1 Level 1 "Goop Troop" monster from your hand or Deck. Then, during the End Phase of the turn in which it was Summoned, send it to the Graveyard. While the Summoned monster is on the field, you cannot Special Summon monsters, except "Goop Troop" monsters. If a "Goop Troop" monster you control is sent from the field to the Graveyard, you can Banish this card from the Graveyard: Draw 1 card. You can only activate 1 "Goop Troop Invite" effect per turn, and only once that turn.

Discard 1 "Goop Troop" monster. Add from your Deck to your hand up to 3 "Goop Troop" monsters with different names from each other and the monster you discarded to activate this card. You can only activate 1 "Goop Troop Party" per turn.

Basically just a silly idea I had; Chain Energy.dek

Starts off at a payment of 100, then progressively increases as you invest in it more. On top of that, all the monsters themselves do a bunch of passive-agressive stuff that mess with the opponent while not directly solving any problems. The boss monster being the only exception. Though, I might change it's effect a bit, but whatever. The rest of the cards are just other things that let you make more plays/help keep things in check/etc.

And a far as these go, and if you are taking the topic title into account; They all chillout in the Graveyard by their own means. Plus, these would be pretty stupid if they gained the payment effect off purely being milled, however I figured it would be more fun if they did a bunch of random effects in order to get that going.

The images themselves wound up being far more blurry then I originally planned, but this is partially due to the fact that I had given them all a texture:

...And the card maker's automatic decompression kinda' sorta' ruined it. But ehh...
