Imagine Breaker would be banned. If Heavy Storm and Giant Trunade are still banned, this card wouldn't last a month with the exact same wording.

A lot of PSCT fix (nah . . . too much, i can't correct it srry)

 

1. Academy City : Orichalcos-like card, okay . . .

2. Accelerator : Too strong for a Level 8 monster without any restrictions on its summon and effs (well at least make the ATK 3000> . . .)

3. Accelerator Lvl6 Shift : Straight to the ban list and banned (should have this restrictions : "Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must be Special Summoned by the effects of "Project Level 6 Shift and cannot be Summoned by other ways")

4. Angelfall : Okay . . .

5. Imagine Breaker : At least say "You can only activate this card if you control a monster whose original names "Kamijou Touma""

6. Mikoto Misaka : Umm . . . okay . . . and too much ATK (same as no. 2)

7. Project Level 6 Shift : Yep

8. Personal Reality : Again, too strong with no cost whatsoever

9. Misaka #10032 : Easily being abused with another card

10. Okay . . .

11. Okay too . . .

I think monsters with "Lvl" in their names contains the equal number of star level as their names suggests, for example "Accelerator Lvl 6" should be a level 6 monster,  or is it something else?

Add a field magic card logo to "Academia City", "Angel Fall" is a bit useless, considering it can only be activated during your turn and only works with "God" type monsters, which consists of only one monster.

And most of the monsters are overpowered like "Accelerator Lvl6 Shift", " Accelerator", and "Mikoto Misaka"
