Monarch King
Normal Spell Card Target 1 Continuous Spell Card you control and 1 Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls; destroy them, then you can place 1 "Crystal Beast" monster from your hand or Deck face-up in your Spell & Trap Card Zone as a Continuous Spell Card. Hello my name is Enguin
Make it quickplay and it'd be a quite good pseudo-MST that thins the deck for them.
Trebuchet MS
It doesn't actually accelerate crystallization rather than replace a crystal, but since it thins the Deck and allows me to not draw my crappier Crystal Beasts, I would run it as an alternative to Crystal Raigeki for the purposes of backrow removal. If you upgrade this to Quick-Play, I would place another restriction on the card - like needing to target 1 "Crystal Beast" card in your S/T Zone instead of any Continuous Spell Card.
