Atypical-Abbie
Beasts have good spam ability, but generally lack good ATK and DEF. With this card, you can make up for that by using your spam of low ATK and DEF monsters to reduce the ATK and DEF of the opponent's monster. Note, this works like Fiendish Chain in that its a Continuous Effect, it reduces as long as this card stays on the field and reduces based on your current Beast-Types. If you control a Beast-Type monster, activate this card by targeting 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; it loses ATK and DEF equal to the combined ATK and DEF of all Beast-Type monsters you control. If that target is destroyed by battle by a Beast-Type monster: You can return this card from the field to your hand, then draw 1 card.
Astolfo
The only Beast stuff I know that are at least somewhat used are stuff like the Ojamas/Tanuki Xyz stuff/etc. This should be fine, and makes for an interesting card, and I like how you can recycle it by destruction through battle, which this would assist in. jackelgull
As is the recycling ability is quite underwhelming. You have to set the trap card once again and wait a turn for it to activate, with the possibility of a counter trap lurking in the depths. I'm not saying this card is bad. It's main effect is highly useful, but it clashes with the side effect, since you won't have the card on the field at all times like you'd probably want. The reycycling was just a bonus really, I only meant for it to have the first effect, but I felt like people would dismiss it without the other one.
