Arimetal
Sudden Fear ImpulseNormal Trap Eff:When an opponent's monster declares an attack: Halve the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls, also all monsters your opponent controls must attack during this turn, if able. When an opponent's monster declares an attack: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; negate the attack. You can only use 1 "Sudden Fear Impulse" effect per turn, and only once that turn. CnC? Darj
Suggested text fix: When an opponent's monster declares an attack: Halve the ATK of all monsters your opponent controls, also all monsters your opponent controls must attack during this turn, if able. When an opponent's monster declares an attack: You can banish this card from your Graveyard; negate the attack. You can only use 1 "Sudden Fear Impulse" effect per turn. Both effects having the same activation condition looks redundant, but it should be fine. And I noticed the OPT clause is missing the "and only once that turn" part at the end, seen on cards such as Shaddolls and Dragon Rulers; was this intended? This is me being nitpicky but the first effect doesn't go well with the card's intended flavor: I can see how the ATK drop can represent the monsters suddenly cowering, but why do they continue attacking? Fixes and flavor aside, the card looks fine. Halving the ATK should help with weakening beaters and monsters that would be unaffected my Mirror Force and other Battle Phase removal traps, plus it can force those monsters and the smaller fries to crash into your monsters. The second effect is a nice bonus for survival that adds value to the card, and makes it an option for milling-focused decks to increase their safety in addition to Necro Gardna, Magnetic Turtle, etc.
Arimetal
I did mean only once that turn... My bad. The "must attack" effect reflects when in fear and danger, you fight back. (e.g. Attack of the cornered rat) its already that battlephase so there isnt an escape. Thx for the OCG fix and CnC
